NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, July 10, 2008 in the Conference Room of the Authority’s Administration Office Building located at 34 South, Route 94, Lafayette, New Jersey 07848 where Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Building Reroofing Project as described by the:
Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority, Building Reroofing Project, Various Municipalities - Contract No. 440
All Bidders must comply with the qualification requirements set forth in the Contract Documents. Bids not meeting these requirements may be considered nonresponsive.
The Contract Documents consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Proposal, Agreement and associated Bonds, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Drawings, Specifications Appendices and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by bonafide Bidders at the office of Cerenzio & Panaro, P.C., 115 Demarest Road, Suite “A”, Sparta, New Jersey upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars for each set. Contract Documents may be obtained by mail for an additional charge of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars per set. Checks shall be made payable to Cerenzio & Panaro, P.C.
The attention of the Bidders is directed to the fact that a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Authority’s Upper Wallkill Valley Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Service Building located at 3500 Route 94 North, Hardyston, New Jersey, on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time.
Preparation and submission of Bid Proposals shall be made on the furnished forms and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and all information and forms fully completed as may be required thereby. Bids shall be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope marked "Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority: Building Reroofing Project, Various Municipalities - Contract No. 440 - BID ENCLOSED.” Bid Proposal and forms shall not be removed from the bound set of "Construction Specifications". Bidders are advised that they must complete the Bidders Qualification Statement, Corporate Disclosure Statement (if appropriate), Non-Collusion Affidavit and acknowledge any Addendums issued for the Contract.
