Requirements include but not limited to: Coordination and Promotion of all SCMUA and County recycling programs, market research, recycling contracts and grants. Interaction with the public. Liaison to 24 Municipal Recycling Coordinators. Monitoring and reporting of compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies, including participation in Solid Waste Facilities Planning. Oversee annual NJDEP Municipal Tonnage Grant reporting. Administration of County Recycling Grants. Qualifications include but not limited to: Possession of valid driver’s license, BA/BS, no less than 2 years experience plus current NJ CRP Certification, or no less than 10 years thorough solid waste / recycling experience with the ability to obtain CRP within 6 months. Salary dependent on experience.
